Important : Critical changes in our Trading System today 21st dec 2022

Latest Update as on 9.00 AM (21st December 2022)

1) All trades you did yesterday(20th Dec) and day before yesterday19th Dec) will continue to be seen in your Net Position. This will continue to show today, but there is no impact on trading.
 
2) The holding section is not updated, but the holding shown in the "live section" of the app and "my stock" section on the web will be updated.  Holdings will be updated by the end of the day 
 
3) All the funds Payin transaction will be updated as per regular process.

4) All the fund payout request shall be processed at 4pm today.

2) Portfolio and holding section will not be updated, but the holding shown in the "live section" of the app and "my stock" section on the web will be updated. - The portfolio Section is now updated with yesterday's transactions and also the LIVE section of the app and "My Stocks" of the web. Holdings will be updated by the end of the day 
 
3) There may be a possibility that all the payin you have done between yesterday morning till evening may not reflect in your net available margin. However, our team is working on adding all the payin in the Adhoc margin section in your detailed view of net available margin. - All the fund's payin transactions are now updated in the fund section. 
 
4) All transactions done in the commodity section will not be updated, and clients trading in the commodity may not be able to see their position and net available margin correctly. - All transactions in the commodity section are now updated.
 
5) All payouts requested after 4 pm yesterday will not be processed till all our back office systems are updated. - All Funds payout requests shall be processed at 1 pm today client's bank account will be credited by 2.30 pm.

Today around 3:30 - 4 am, both our data centers hosted on Netmagic went down due to which all our trading and back office systems were not functional. There were issues on data centre end. We have made all our system live but there will be some changes today.
