Can I cancel my super saver pack and how can I do the same?
Yes. You may cancel your Super Saver Pack. If you wish to discontinue payments for your Super Saver Pack, simply log in to the 5paisa App and navigate to My Subscriptions Details. However, if the Super Saver Pack is not canceled, the same shall be renewed automatically for the same term, after its expiry.
Note: The Super Saver Pack amount paid shall be non-refundable.
What happens if I cancel early?
If you cancel after 3 days, pack charges shall not be refunded; however you shall continue to use the benefits of the Super Saver Pack until your account automatically downgrades to the optimum pack at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged the renewal charges unless you reactivate your Super Saver pack. To see when your pack will end, check the My Subscriptions detail on the 5paisa Mobile app or Website.
Will I be able to restart my Super Saver Pack?
Definitely! Whenever you wish to, you can restart your Super Saver Pack from the 5paisa Mobile App or Website by simply paying the pack charges.
If I cancel my Super Saver Pack, will I be charged?
You will not see any more pack charges unless you restart your payments If you cancel your pack before the expiry, as per your billing period, you would be able to access the paid features until your super saver pack cancels automatically.
