Can I upgrade or downgrade my super saver pack? Which features will be applicable?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your Super Saver Pack based on your requirements. Just visit  5 paisa website or app, access the 'subscription details' section, and follow these steps:

1. Navigate to ‘User’ and select “Super Saver Pack.”

2. Click on the 'Change Plan' option.

3. Choose your desired new plan and pay any additional charges (if applicable).

4. Your new pack will be promptly activated upon payment, or the plan change will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

5. Payment for the new plan will be deducted from your 5paisa ledger before the plan changes.

Please note: Customers with discontinued packs (e.g., Gold/Platinum/Titanium) can only switch to the Power Investor Pack or Ultra Trader Pack. Additionally, existing packs will automatically renew if not cancelled.
