Can only Mutual Fund active clients place requests for derivative segment activation?

To activate the derivative segment in 5paisa, it is mandatory for a client to have an active CASH/ CAPITAL SEGMENT (NSE & BSE) in 5paisa. 

To enable the Derivative and Cash segment client to email opt for offline process. Our KYC team will request for necessary documents and enable the same once verified and approved by exchange. 

Note: It takes around 7 working days to enable the Cash & Derivative segment in the Offline process.
