1. What are the payment options available when customers opt for Super Saver pack?
Customer can pay via 5Paisa Ledger or Bank account for buying Super Saver Packs. If any customer wishes to upgrade existing pack, same can be done via 5Paisa Ledger only

2. Are there any additional fees associated with the Super Saver Pack charges?
Charges do not include the GST tax. Super Saver Packs will be charged 18% GST over and above the pack charges and the same shall be non-refundable. 

3. Will the customer get refund on pack payment?
Super Saver packs are non-refundable. However, If customer has any query, customer needs to contact our support team on support@5paisa.com or call us +91 8976689766

4. What if renewal payment fails?
If the payment for a Super Saver Pack gets declined on renewal, account will be immediately downgraded to the basic pack and benefits associated with the pack will immediately be terminated. Customer can subscribe again to continue enjoying the benefits of Super Saver Packs. 5. Can I opt for Super Saver pack without an active 5paisa account?
You would need an active Equity account with 5paisa in order to purchase to any Super Saver Pack

6. How do I change my billing date?
There is no way to directly change your billing date. To change your billing date, you’ll need to cancel your active Super Saver Pack and restart it on the date you’d like to be billed on. If you cancel in the middle of your billing cycle (after 3 days of purchase or renewal), the cancellation shall be effective only at the end of that billing cycle. 

7. What happens if I cancel the plan on or before the renewal date and the refund rules for cancellation of the pack?
If you place a pack cancellation request within 3 days of purchase of renewal date, then you will be provided the refund amount equals to the amount paid by you minus the benefit availed by you from the active pack. 

Note: For cases outside the 3 day window, the current pack will continue to remain active till the next renewal date and it will automatically stop after the next pack renewal date.
