How can I change or manage my address information?

To update or manage your address, please follow the offline process, as we have stopped accepting online requests from January 1, 2020. Here’s how you can proceed:

1. Download the Form: Click here to download the KYC Application form.

2. Prepare Required Documents: Gather the following documents:

 - Self-attested address proof (any one of the following):

 - Valid Aadhaar card

- Valid Driving Licence

- Valid Passport

 - Voter ID

 - Self-attested copy of your PAN card

 - Your signature

 

3. Submit Documents: Email the completed KYC Application form along with the self-attested copies of your address proof, PAN card, and signature to support@5paisa.com.

Processing Time: Our team will verify the documents and make the necessary updates. The turnaround time (TAT) for updating your address is approximately 48 hours after successful KYC verification. However, the TAT may be extended based on the response from CVL KRA.
