You cannot recover your existing PIN. Instead, you need to set up a new PIN using the "Forget PIN Journey" available on our login platforms. Follow these steps to set up a new PIN:
1. Open any 5paisa Trading Platform:
o Launch the 5Paisa mobile app or visit the 5Paisa website.
2. Enter Client Code/Email ID/Mobile Number:
o On the login screen, enter your Client code, registered email ID, or mobile number.
3. Enter OTP:
o You will receive an OTP (One-Time Password) on your registered mobile number or email ID. Enter this OTP in the provided field.
4. Click on "Forget PIN":
o Select the "Forget PIN" option on the screen.
5. OTP/DOB Validation:
o You will be redirected to an OTP/DOB validation screen.
o Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number/email ID.
o Enter your Date of Birth (DOB) as per your account records.
o Once you enter the correct details, you will be redirected to the set-up new PIN screen.
6. Set Up New PIN:
o On the new PIN setup screen, create a PIN according to your choice.
o Confirm the new PIN.
7. Confirmation:
o Your new PIN is now set up. Use this new PIN for all future logins.
