How do I change Email address, Mobile Number?

You can easily change your email ID or mobile number through the 5paisa Website or Mobile App. Follow the steps below to update your contact details:

 Through the Mobile App:

1.Login to the 5paisa App.

2. Navigate to User.

3. Select My Profile.

4. Click on Modify (top right side).

5. Go to Personal Details.

6. Click on the pencil icon to edit your Mobile Number or Email ID.

Through the Website:

1. Login to the 5paisa Website.

2. Click on the Profile Icon.

3. Select My Profile.

4. Click on Manage.

5. Go to Personal Details.

6. Click on the pencil icon to edit your Mobile Number or Email ID.



Important Notes:

- Once you make the changes through the Website or Mobile App, your new details will be updated within 72 working hours.

- If your current mobile number or email ID is not accessible, you can request an OTP on either your mobile number or email ID.
