How do I square off the open position?

Closing a single position or squaring off all positions on the 5 Paisa platform is straightforward. Here are the steps to follow:

To close a single position:

  1. Navigate to the 'Net Position' tab on the 5 Paisa.
  2. Locate and select the specific position you wish to close.
  3. Click on the 'Square Off' button.
  4. A 'Square Off Order' window will appear.
  5. In the window, enter your desired values, such as the quantity or preferred order type.
  6. Review the details and confirm the order to close the selected position.

To close all positions simultaneously:

  1. Access the 'Net Position' tab on the 5 Paisa.
  2. Locate and click on the 'Square Off All' button.
  3. A confirmation window will appear, displaying a list of all open positions.
  4. Carefully review the list of positions to be closed.
  5. If the information is accurate, click 'Confirm' to execute the square off order and close all open positions at once.

Please note that the 'Square Off' and 'Square Off All' functionalities exclude existing cover or bracket order positions. These order types must be managed separately according to your trading strategy.
