How much time will it take to close the 5Paisa account?
It usually takes up to 7 working days to process your request to close your 5Paisa account. However, your request will only be processed once you have performed the process below:
If you use 5paisa Mobile App:
· Login to your 5Paisa account.
· Go to the “User Menu” and click on your name in the top left corner.
· Now click on Manage.
· Choose the “Demat Account Details” option.
· Select the “Close my trading account & Demat account” option.
If you are using 5Paisa on the web:
· Login to your 5Paisa account.
· Click on the profile icon in the top right corner of the screen.
· Now go to your profile section and choose the “My Profile” option.
· Select the “Demat Account Details” option.
· Now select the “Close my trading account & Demat Account” option.
