Steps to Activate the FNO Segment

Via the App:

1. Log in to the 5paisa App.
2. Navigate to User > My Profile > Manage > Segment Details.
3. Click on Add Segment.
4. Select your income range and click Submit.
5. Upload the required documents.

Via the Web:

1. Log in to the 5paisa website.
2. Right-click on the profile icon and select Segment Details.
3. Click Add Segment.
4. Choose your income range and click Submit.
5. Upload the required documents.
   
6. Once you click Add Segment, you can select your income range and provide financial documents to submit the request for segment addition.
   

Note: Some users may only see the option to select their income range. In certain cases, we auto-approve segment modification requests based on our internal criteria.

For other users, financial proof may be required. Below are the available methods for submitting these documents:

Document Submission Methods:

1. Online Upload (Auto Fetch Bank Statement):
You’ll be redirected to a third-party page where you can select your bank. Bank statements for the past 6 months will be automatically retrieved.

2. Offline Upload Options:

• Latest Income Tax Return (ITR)
• Bank Statement (last 6 months)
• Demat Holdings (last 6 months)
• Salary Slip
• Net Worth Certificate
• Copy of Form 16
• Copy of Annual Accounts
• Fixed Deposit (INR 50,000 or more)

Additional Notes:

• If you have holdings in your account, activation is auto-processed.
• It may take up to 72 working hours for the update, subject to approval.
• If you encounter issues uploading a bank statement, please upload photos of the first and last pages, ensuring the dates are visible.
