How to activate the commodity segment?
To activate the commodity segment in 5paisa, you need to follow these steps:
Online Activation for All Derivative Segments
· Open the 5paisa Mobile App or Website
· Go to the User Section: This is typically represented by an icon of a person or your profile picture/avatar.
· Navigate to My Profile: Locate and tap on "My Profile".
· Initiate Derivative Segment Activation: Within the My Profile page, look for an option to activate derivative segments. Follow the instructions to submit your request.
Offline Request for Only Commodity Segment
If you want to activate only the commodity segment (MCX), you need to place an offline request:
· Compose an Email: Send an email to the KYC team at 5paisa.
· Send the Email: Send the email to the appropriate KYC team email address provided by 5paisa.
