How to add a secondary bank account to a 5Paisa account?

A secondary bank is like an extra bank account in 5Paisa that can be added to your trading account. However, it must be known that the secondary bank account can only be used to add funds to your trading account. Beyond this, no funds can be withdrawn from your secondary bank account. 

 

Here is how you can add a secondary bank account to 5paisa:


  • Step 1: Open your 5Paisa account and go to the My Profile section.


  • Step 2: Choose the Bank Details section and choose Add Bank.


  • Step 3: Enter the bank account number you want to link your account with.
  • Step 4: Enter your bank's IFSC code. If you don’t know the IFSC code, click on ‘Search IFSC’ and find the code for your respective bank.


  • Step 5: Once done, click on ‘Proceed’. Follow the authentication procedure, and your bank account will be linked to your 5Paisa account instantly. 

Important Note: You can have multiple secondary bank accounts with 5Paisa, but only the primary one will be used for the withdrawal of capital.
