How to check if the POA or DDPI is active or inactive for an account?

The following are the pointers to check if the POA or DDPI is active or inactive.

 

Convenient Online Access: Currently, DDPI status verification is available exclusively through 5paisa user-friendly website

Simply follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your 5paisa account.



2.               Navigate to your profile section. This may be labelled as "My Profile" or a similar option.



3.               Locate the "POA" section. Within this section, you should find a dedicated option for "DDPI." 



4.               View your DDPI status. This will clearly indicate whether DDPI is active or inactive on your account.

NOTE:
  • Effective 26th August 2024, 5paisa will charge ₹100 (plus GST) for successful completion of DDPI registration. 

  • Minimum 5paisa ledger balance required to activate DDPI is ₹118
