You can check the status of your VTT order either through our website or our mobile application.

Through Website:

Path:

1. Log In:
• Visit www.5paisa.com.
• Enter your login credentials to access your account.
2. Navigate to VTT Orders:
• Click on the context menu (usually represented by three horizontal lines or dots).
• Select "Order and Position" from the menu options.
• Click on "VTT" to view your VTT orders.

Steps to Check Status:

• You can check the status of your VTT order under the order section. Orders that are not yet triggered will be listed as "Pending," and orders that have been executed will appear as "Executed."

Steps to Modify/Cancel:

• To Modify the VTT order, click on the pencil icon next to the order. Make the necessary changes and confirm.
• To Cancel the VTT order, click on the bin icon next to the order and confirm the cancellation.

Through Application:

Path:

1. Open the App:
• Launch the 5paisa mobile application on your device.
2. User Menu:
• Tap on the "User" icon or menu.
3. Access VTT Orders:
• Tap on "Book" from the user menu.
• Select "VTT" to view your VTT orders.

Steps to Check Status:

• Navigate to the "Order" section to see the status of your VTT orders. Orders that are pending or executed will be listed accordingly.

Steps to Modify/Cancel:

• To Modify the VTT order, select the specific order you wish to modify, tap the pencil icon, make the necessary changes, and save.
• To Cancel the VTT order, select the specific order you wish to cancel, tap the bin icon, and confirm the cancellation.

Note

• Modification/Cancellation: Modifications or cancellations of VTT orders can only be performed if the order has not yet been triggered.
• Order Status: The status of your VTT order can be checked under the "Order" section to determine if it is pending or executed.
