To modify or update your KYC/KRA details with 5Paisa, follow these steps:

Online Updates:

You can modify or update your contact details (mobile and email) online. Simply:

1. Log in to your 5Paisa account.

2. Visit the My Profile page.

3. Place a request to update your contact details.

Offline Updates:

For changes to the following details, an offline process is required as online requests have been discontinued since January 1, 2020:

- Name

- Address

- Date of Birth

- Spouse Name

- Marital Status

- Residential Status

To update these details:

1. Download the form.

2. Complete the form and attach self-attested copies of your address proof and PAN card.

3. Submit the form along with the required documents (any one of the following):

   - Valid Aadhaar card

   - Valid Driving Licence

   - Valid Passport

   - Voter ID

   - Marriage certificate (for Marital Status/Spouse Name)

   - Birth certificate (for Date of Birth)

Mail the completed KYC application form, along with scanned copies of your PAN card, address proof, and signature, to support@5paisa.com. Our team will verify the documents and make the necessary updates within 2 working days, pending approval from CVL KRA.
