How to modify or update Signature?

To update your signature, please follow the offline process:

1. Send an Email:

   - Compose an email to support@5paisa.com.

   - Use the subject line: "Signature Update - 5paisa".

2. Provide Details:

   - Clearly state your request for a signature update.

   - Our team will verify the request and guide you through the process.

3. Document Submission:

   - Upon verification, our team will request the necessary documents from you.

4. Turnaround Time:

   - Expect a turnaround time of approximately 48 hours post-successful KYC verification.

   - Please note that reactivation turnaround time may vary based on the response from the KRA.

Reach out to support@5paisa.com, and our team will assist you promptly.

Note: Turn around time (TAT) for the same will be approx. 48 hrs. post successful KYC verification. The reactivation TAT can take longer based on the response from the KRA.
