2. Provide Details:

   - Clearly state your request for a signature update.

   - Our team will verify the request and guide you through the process.

3. Document Submission:

   - Upon verification, our team will request the necessary documents from you.

4. Turnaround Time:

   - Expect a turnaround time of approximately 48 hours post-successful KYC verification.

   - Please note that reactivation turnaround time may vary based on the response from the KRA.
