As per
Exchange Guidelines, when there is no transaction/trading activity made in the
trading and Demat account in the last 12 months, it is considered dormant, and
we need to deactivate it.
The user can use online facility to reactivate account till 365 days from the date the user 's account is marked as dormant. After completing 365 days, the user has to go through offline process as it requires Re-KYC.

You can reactivate your dormant account online via mobile app by following the below-mentioned steps-
Step 1: Login
to 5paisa Mobile App
Step 2: Click
on the User icon
Step 3: Go to 'My
Profile'
Step 4: Click on 'Manage'
Step 5: Click on 'Personal Details'
Step 6: Click
on the activate button, you need to confirm the details by clicking on the
"I agree" button on the self-declaration page.
