How to reactivate a Dormant Re-KYC (more than 2 years) or Inactive account at 5paisa?

As per the Exchange guidelines, when there is no transaction/trading activity made in the trading and Demat account for more than 2 years, then it is considered as dormant, and we need to deactivate it.

Following steps need to be followed for reactivating the Dormant re-KYC account-
  1. Mail the KYC Application form along with scanned copy of your PAN card, address proof & signature to support@5paisa.com. You can download the KYC form from here
  2. Our team will verify the documents, make the necessary changes & reactivate your account.

Note: Turn around time (TAT) for reactivation will be approx. 48 hrs. post successful KYC verification. The reactivation TAT can take longer based on the response from the Exchange.
