How to reactivate an already closed Demat account at 5paisa?

To reactivate your closed Demat account with 5paisa, follow these steps:

1. Required Documents:

·       Account Opening Form (AOF)

·       KYC Form

·       Nominee Declaration

·       PAN Card (self-attested)

·       Aadhar Card (self-attested)

·       Bank Proof (as per bank mentioned on AOF Page no 3)

2. Email Request:

·       Write an email to support@5paisa.com with the subject line "Reactivation of Closed Account."

·       Mention in the email body that you want to reactivate your closed account.

3. Form Submission:

·       Our team will send you the AOF form for reactivation. 

·       Complete the form, sign at the required places, and attach the supporting documents.

·       Share the filled form and self-attested documents via email to support@5paisa.com for preliminary verification.

4. Courier Documents: After verification, courier the documents to:

5paisa Capital Ltd,

Plot Number - B/23, Thane Industrial Area,

Wagle Estate, Thane - 400604

 

5. Reactivation Process:

·       A new DP ID will be created and mapped in all backend offices.

·       Necessary changes will be made at the Exchange's level to reactivate your Demat account.

Note: Turn Around Time (TAT) for reactivation is approximately 96 hours post successful form submission. The TAT can vary based on the Exchange's response.
