How to transfer money to my 5paisa account using IMPS, NEFT or RTGS?

By following these simple steps, you can quickly transfer funds from your bank account to your trading account with 5paisa. Documentation is not necessary, and the transfer is instant and available 24/7.

To initiate the fund transfer process to your 5paisa trading account, follow the below steps:

·       Login to your 5paisa account through the website or mobile app.

·       Go to the "Add Funds" section available in the User option.

·       Select the "IMPS/NEFT/RTGS" tab.

·       Note that your unique account number is displayed on the screen. To know your unique account number you can follow this webpage.

·       Initiate an IMPS/NEFT/RTGS transfer from your bank account using the unique account number as the beneficiary account number.

·       Your funds will be instantly credited to your 5paisa trading account.

Note:

Remember, your account is just for you and shouldn’t be shared. To make sure your money moves smoothly, transfer funds from your bank account linked with 5paisa. If you use a different account, the money will be sent back within 5-7 days.

Keep in mind, the most you can transfer at once using Smart Collect is Rs.30 Cr.

To set up 5paisa as a payee in your bank account:

·        Log in to your bank's website or app.

·       Find the "Funds Transfer" section.

·       Click on "Add Beneficiary."

·       Fill in the name, account number, and IFSC code given by 5paisa.

·       Choose "SAVINGS" if needed.

If you can’t find these options in your bank, contact them or visit a branch for help with transferring funds.

When you transfer funds, it might take up to 15 minutes for your account to show the update, depending on your bank. IMPS transfers usually show up quickly, while NEFT/RTGS transfers might take longer, like a few hours. For the fastest updates, we recommend using IMPS.

If your funds don’t show up in your account within this time, email support@5paisa.com with your client code, transaction proof, and bank statement.

We suggest using Smart Collect for adding funds via IMPS/NEFT/RTGS. We stopped using ICICI Bank E-collection Account (FPAISA) since October 10, 2022, and YES Bank E-collection Account (5PAISA) since June 30, 2023. Any funds sent to these accounts will be refunded within 3-5 days.
