How to transfer shares from the 5Paisa account to other CDSL demat account using CDSL Easiest?
Steps to
follow to transfer shares:
- Register on CDSL: If not already registered, use the guide "https://forum.5paisa.com/portal/en/kb/articles/how-to-register-for-cdsl-easiest-using-the-5paisa-demat-account" to set up your CDSL
Easiest account.
- Log in and
Access Transactions:
- Initiate Bulk
Setup:
- Click on "Bulk Setup" within the
"Transactions" menu.

- Enter
Beneficiary Details:
- Select
Securities and Reason:
- Click on "Account ISINs" and choose the
specific ISINs (security codes) of the shares you want to transfer.
- Enter the transfer quantity and select the reason for
the transfer.

- Consider Stamp
Duty (if applicable):
- Submit and
Verify:
- Click "Submit" to initiate the transfer
request.
- On the verification page, leave the Exchange ID,
CounterParty Exchange ID, Market Type, and Settlement ID fields blank
(for off-market transfers).
- Click "Verify."


- Authorize the
Transfer:
- Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) received on your
registered mobile number and email.
- Enter your 8-digit alphanumeric CDSL Easiest PIN
received via email (not the 6-digit CDSL TPIN).
- First-time users: Change the default PIN by logging in to https://web.cdslindia.com/myeasitoken/Home/Login, clicking
"Miscellaneous," and then "Change PIN."

- Reset PIN (if
needed):
Confirmation and
Processing:
- Your request will be sent to 5paisa for confirmation.
- Upon approval,
the transfer will be processed.

Important
Note: Ensure
to add the recipient’s demat account as a beneficiary on CDSL before initiating
a share transfer using CDSL Easiest. It will help in preventing runtime or
real-time errors.
