How to Unpledge the mutual fund?
Here's how you can use the Mutual Fund Unpledge as collateral for derivative positions:
Through Web:
1. Log in to 5paisa Web.
2. Go to Mutual Fund and click on Holdings.
3. Select the Unpledge button/tab.
4. Choose the mutual fund scheme you want to unpledge.
5. Confirm your selection.
Through App:
1. Log in to 5paisa App.
2. Go to User > My Reports > Portfolio > Mutual Funds > Holdings.
3. Click on Pledge/Unpledge.
4. Select the Unpledge button/tab.
5. Choose the mutual fund scheme to unpledge.
6. Confirm your selection.
After selecting units to unpledge, the required margin will be calculated and displayed. Ensure you have the margin amount in your ledger for successful unpledging. Note that it takes 24 to 48 hours for unpledging, and the facility is available from 8 am to 4 pm on weekdays (Monday to Friday). No open position requests will be placed between 8 am to 4 pm on these days.
