If you placed a withdrawal request 24 hours ago and haven't received your money, please consider the following guidelines for the processing of withdrawal requests from your trading account:

  1. Processing Schedule: Withdrawal requests are processed once daily from Monday to Friday at 3:30 PM.
  2. Same-Day Processing: Requests made by 3:30 PM on weekdays are processed the same day.
  3. Next-Day Processing: Requests made after 3:30 PM on weekdays are processed on the next working day.
  4. Fund Transfer Timing: After processing, the funds are credited to your registered bank account between 6:00 PM and 7:30 PM.
  5. Non-Processing Days: No withdrawal requests are processed on weekends, trading holidays, or clearing holidays.

Based on these guidelines, if your request was made after 3:30 PM on a weekday, it will be processed the next working day. If it was made on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed on the next working day. Please plan your withdrawal requests accordingly for a seamless process with 5paisa.
