Doctor Consultation

1) What is tele-consultation consultation?
An online doctor consultation is method to consult a doctor online for health-related issues. All general physicians, and specialist doctors are available under this option.

2) How can I book a doctor’s appointment?
Select the doctor consultation option on insurance page. Provide your contact details. Customer will receive a call from Livlong Executive for making a payment and booking a consultation slot as per the convenience.
 
Lab Test

3) What is a Lab test?
A Lab test is a laboratory analysis that is performed on a body fluid sample (i.e., blood samples) to diagnose a health condition or a disease.

4) Is it related to body checkup/body tests?
Yes, it is related to body checkup/body test.

5) Will sample be collected at home?
Yes, body fluid/ blood samples will be collected at home.

6) When will the test results be provided?
Test results will be provided with 2-3 days.
