What are the documents required for address modification of an LLP?

In order to change the registered address, you will have to courier the following documents to 5Paisa in physical mode:

  • Non-Individual KYC forms
  • An address proof with the signature of the authorised person with a firm seal. Address proofs can include any one of the following: 

·        Certificate of Incorporation, 

·        Latest copy of Bank Statement,

·        Utility Bill, 

·        Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) Copy, or 

·        Lease/Rent Agreement.

  • Board resolution passed at the time of changing the address for the company or LLP.
