The terms and conditions for purchasing a Super Saver Pack include.

• Active Equity Account: Customers must have an active Equity trading account with 5Paisa to be eligible to purchase the Super Saver Pack. If they only have a Mutual Fund (MF) account, they need to activate the Equity segment to buy the pack.
• Optional Derivatives Segment: Opting for the Derivatives segment is not mandatory when purchasing the Super Saver Pack.
• Flexible Payment Options: Charges for the Super Saver Pack can be paid monthly, quarterly, or yearly according to the customer's preference.
• Automatic Renewal: The Super Saver Pack will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle, and the amount for the next cycle will be deducted from the payment mode selected at the time of purchase.
• Brokerage Charges and Free Trades: Customers receive 100 free trades, with brokerage charged at ₹10 per order (50% discount). This charged amount is credited back to the 5Paisa Ledger within 30 days.
• Plan Switching: Customers have the flexibility to switch to a new pack without canceling the existing one using the "Change Plan" feature.
• Refund Policy: If the Super Saver Pack is canceled within 3 days of fresh purchase, the refund amount is the pack amount minus the benefits used.
