What documents do I require to open a Demat account offline with 5paisa?

You can easily open an account offline with 5Paisa by providing the following supporting documents:


  • A passport-size photograph to affix and sign across the Account opening form.
  • A copy of the PAN card, which is self-attested with your signature.
  • A copy of address proof, which is self-attested. (Voter ID, Aadhar Card, or Driving License).
  • A copy of bank account proof with the name of the demat account holder. You can provide any one of the following:
    • A cancelled cheque with the name of the account holder.
    • Your bank statement
    • Your bank passbook with account number, bank logo, seal, MICR, and IFSC code. 

Other Requirements:

If you want to carry out F&O trading, you must also submit an income proof. Ensure to provide any one of the below-mentioned documents:

  • Last six months' bank statement
  • Latest salary slip
  • ITR acknowledgement
  • Form 16
  • Certificate of Net worth
