What happens if I cancel the plan on or before the renewal date and the refund rules for cancellation of the pack at 5paisa?
If you place a pack cancellation request within 3 days of purchase of renewal date, then you will be provided the refund amount equals to the amount paid by you minus the benefit availed by you from the active pack.
Note: For cases outside the 3 day window, the current pack will continue to remain active till the next renewal date and it will automatically stop after the next pack renewal date.
