A voluntary freeze of a trading account is a security feature that allows you to temporarily disable all trading activities on your account. This measure is designed to enhance the security of your trading account when you are not actively trading.

Once your account is freeze:
  • Your account will be restricted from all trading activities.
  • You can only square off open positions by calling our dealing desk at 89766 89766.
  • All your pending orders will be cancelled.
  • Fresh online order placement/trading will not be permitted while the account is frozen.
