What is IPO subscription data, and where can it be found?

When a company goes public for the first time, the level of demand for shares & offer information is known as IPO subscription data. It includes details such as the number of times the IPO shares have been subscribed to, the subscription status for different investor categories (retail, institutional, high-net-worth individuals, etc.), and the total number of shares bid for.

It is accessible in real-time on the stock exchange website.

To review the bids placed on NSE:

1.    Visit https://www.nseindia.com/market-data/all-upcoming-issues-ipo

2.    Select the desired IPO.

3.    Click on “NSE Bid Details” or “Consolidated Bid Details” under category. 

To review the bids placed via 5Paisa:

1.     Visit https://www.5paisa.com/ipo

2.     In the top header, look for IPO.


3.     Click on the desired IPO details.
