Procedure to change Email id /Mobile number in your 5paisa Demat account

You can change your email ID or Mobile number through our Website or Mobile App. 
Follow the below path:

Through App: 

Login to 5paisa App >> User >> My Profile >> Top right side Click on Modify >> Personal Details >> Click on pencil to edit Mobile no./Email ID.
 




Through Website: 

Login to 5paisa Website >> Click on profile icon >> My Profile >> Manage >> Personal Details >> Click on pencil to edit Mobile no./Email ID.




 
Note:
  1. Once you change through Web or Mobile App, it will be updated within 72 working hours.
  2. If your current mobile number/email ID is not accessible you can request OTP on either mobile number or email id.
