To change or correct the name on your 5Paisa account, please follow the offline process outlined below:
1. Write an email to support@5paisa.com with the subject line: "Name Update in 5paisa Account".
2. Our team will review your request and ask for the necessary documents, including proof of identity (e.g., passport, Aadhaar card), proof of address (e.g., utility bills, bank statement), and, if applicable, proof of name change (e.g., marriage certificate, divorce decree).
Please note that this process's turnaround time (TAT) is approximately 48 hours after successful KYC verification. The reactivation TAT may vary depending on the response from the KRA.
