What is the process for Re-KYC?
In order to do a re-KYC
for your account, you will have to follow an offline procedure. First, you are
required to send an email to 5Paisa support with the subject line:
“REKYC”. The following documents need to be attached to the email:
Upon your request, the KYC
team of 5Paisa will verify the details and assist you in taking further
action. You will be provided with a KYC to fill out and send a soft copy for
verification.
Following the successful
verification of details, you will manually have to send the form to the
registered address of 5Paisa: Sun Infotech Park, Road No.16V, Plot No. B-23
Thane Industrial Area, Wagle Estate, Thane - 400604
Once your documents are
received by our team, your KYC will be submitted to KRA, and in around 2
working days, your re-KYC process will be completed.
