When do I have to do Re-KYC for my account?

To reactivate your dormant trading and Demat account with 5paisa, you need to complete the Re-KYC process. Your account is considered dormant if there has been no transaction or trading activity for over 365 days, necessitating its deactivation. Here's how to reactivate it:

1. Download the KYC Application Form: Access and download the form from the provided link. Click here

2. Submit Required Documents: Email the completed KYC form, a scanned copy of your PAN card, address proof, and your signature to support@5paisa.com.

3. Verification Process: Our team will verify your documents, update the necessary information, and proceed to reactivate your account.

Please note that the turnaround time (TAT) for reactivating your account is approximately 48 hours after successful KYC verification. However, this period may extend depending on the response from the Exchange.

Ensure all documents are accurate and complete to avoid any delays. For any queries or further assistance, reach out to our support team.
