·        The bank account linked to the mandate may have been closed.

·        The Mandate ID generated may have expired before the registration attempt. (Mandate IDs typically have a validity period of 90 days.)

·        The bank may not support the Net Banking autopay feature required for e-Mandate registration.

·        The user's trading account may not be in active status, which is necessary for the mandate registration process to proceed successfully.
