Why did the KYC Registration Agency (KRA) send an email and SMS informing about KYC details validation?

You will receive an email and SMS from the KYC Registration Agency (KRA) upon the successful validation of your KYC details. These have been sent as a result of the guidelines provided by SEBI. The KRA is responsible for validating your details according to their records. An email and SMS are sent to notify the existing as well as new clients upon successful verification of their KYC details.

According to the exchange circulars, those clients who carry out the KYC process without an Aadhar or through any other document need to validate their KYC details. If your details are already validated, they will be reflected in your account within 72 hours. 

To successfully validate your details, visit any of the KRA websites mentioned below and follow the on-screen instructions:
