Why is the money added through IMPS, NEFT, or RTGS not reflected in the 5paisa Demat account?

Funds updation might take up to 15 mins based on your bank's transaction processing time. Usually, transfers via IMPS are updated quickly & transfers via NEFT/RTGS may take some time to be updated. So, it is suggested to use IMPS.
 
In case, if your fund's pay in transaction is not successfully updated in the ledger within the above-mentioned TAT then send us an E-mail mentioning your Client Code and Transaction Proof (along with transaction reference) and Bank Statement to support@5paisa.com

We request you to start using 'Smart Collect' as a preferred mode for adding funds via IMPS/NEFT/RTGS as we have discontinued the ICICI Bank E-collection Account (FPAISA) effective from 10th Oct 2022 & YES Bank E-collection Account (5PAISA) effective from 30th Jun 2023. 

Funds transferred to any of these two E-collect Accounts shall be auto-refunded within 3-5 working days.
